About Us

For more than 15 years, our team has proudly served Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, providing dependable post-construction cleaning and building maintenance services. During that time, we have become a trusted partner to builders, contractors, property managers, and businesses throughout the region.

Formerly known as Black Tie Construction Services, we are proud to move forward under our new name: North9 Property Services. While our name has changed, the experienced management, dedicated team, and high standard of service our clients have relied on for over 15 years remain the same.

Our reputation has been built the right way—through quality workmanship, reliable service, and long-term relationships. Clients choose us because we deliver exceptional results and help keep their projects on schedule and completed to the highest standard.

We believe great service is personal. Our friendly, professional team takes pride in going the extra mile, communicating clearly, and approaching every job—large or small—with care and attention to detail. We have earned our clients’ loyalty by being consistent, dependable, and genuinely committed to their success.

At North9 Property Services, we are more than a service provider—we are a partner you can count on and trust.

Any job. Any height. Done right.
